AUTOMATIC LOADERS

The technological system of F.I.MA.L. automatic loaders significantly facilitates the operator’s work as a result of feeding execution precision and efficiency.
AUTOMATIC LOADER
The automatic loading system is composed of a platform, where the panels pack is put by a special frame with sucker, which is lifted and kept perfectly flat by an arms system operated and synchronized by a gearmotor. Through this system, it is possible to load the panels pile on the back platform with the forklift, while the saw is working.
PANEL TRANSFER SYSTEM
The special frame with suckers transfers the panel from the pile on the platform to the machine cutting area, where it is cut, according to the quantity set on the control board.
This system can collect mdf panles, thin panels or laminated sheets.
SUPPORT TABLE
The support table of the beam saw is equipped with extra roller beds to move thin panels or laminated sheets.
